What we cannot help with
- Locked, frozen or restricted exchange accounts.
- Missing deposits or withdrawals on any platform.
- Password or 2FA resets. These go through the platform's own recovery flow.
- Recovering funds sent to the wrong address or the wrong network. Nobody can do this. Confirmed blockchain transactions are final — that is the whole design.
- Recovering a lost
seed phrase. Any service claiming to do this is a scam, without exception. - Personalised investment, tax or legal advice. We are not licensed to give it and would not be doing you a favour by trying.
- Price predictions or trading signals. We do not publish them.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections. If something on this site is wrong, we want to fix it. Send the page URL and the specific claim.
- Security tips. A new phishing campaign, a counterfeit app listing, a scam pattern we have not covered — this is genuinely useful and we act on it.
- Questions about our methodology. How we scored something, why we recommended against something, what we could not verify.
- Coverage requests. A topic you looked for and could not find a straight answer to anywhere.
- Press and research enquiries. Including from platforms that believe our coverage of them is inaccurate.
How to reach us
One address for everything. It is read by the people who write the site, not by a support desk.
To get a useful answer quickly, include:
- The page URL if your message relates to something we published.
- The specific claim or section, quoted. "Something on your review page is wrong" takes several exchanges to resolve.
- A source where you have one. Official documentation makes it immediate.
- What outcome you are looking for — a correction, a clarification, or new coverage.
Response times
We aim to respond to factual corrections within two business days, and to other enquiries within five. Security reports are prioritised above everything else.
We do not respond to link-exchange requests, guest-post pitches, sponsored-content offers, SEO outreach, or messages promoting a token, platform or trading service. Those are deleted unread.
Reporting a security issue
If you have found a phishing site impersonating BitMart, a counterfeit app listing, or a scam pattern targeting exchange users, please tell us. Include:
- The URL, app listing or account, written defanged (for example
hxxps://). - How you encountered it — search advertisement, direct message, email, QR code.
- What it asks the victim to do.
- Screenshots if you have them, with your own details removed.
Report it to the affected platform as well. Exchanges maintain abuse channels and can pursue takedowns that we cannot.
Nobody from this site will ever contact you first
Worth stating plainly, because impersonation is common in this niche. We do not initiate contact with readers. We have no Telegram group, no WhatsApp channel, no Discord server, no "recovery service" and no support agents.
If someone contacts you claiming to be from this site and:
- offers to recover lost funds,
- asks for a
seed phrase, password or 2FA code, - asks you to install remote-access software,
- asks you to send crypto for any reason,
- or offers guaranteed returns —
it is not us. Do not engage, and if you have already sent them anything, secure your accounts immediately using the compromise checklist in our login guide.
