By accessing or using BitMartExchange.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to every visitor, and no account or registration is required or offered.

2. No affiliation with BitMart

This is not the official website of BitMart. Information is provided for informational purposes only.

BitMartExchange.app is an independent editorial and research website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or operated by BitMart, its parent entities, subsidiaries or affiliates. We have no business relationship with BitMart, receive no data or funding from it, and have no access to its systems.

"BitMart" and all associated names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners. They are used on this Site solely for identification, reference and editorial commentary, in accordance with the principle of nominative fair use. No claim of ownership or association is made or implied.

We cannot assist with any BitMart account. That includes access problems, frozen balances, missing deposits, withdrawal delays, verification issues and fund recovery. All such matters must be directed to BitMart through its own official channels at bitmart.com.

9. Assumption of risk

Cryptoassets are highly volatile. Values can fall rapidly and without warning, including to zero.
Cryptoasset holdings are generally not protected by deposit-insurance schemes such as the FDIC or FSCS.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to a wrong address, or over an incompatible network, are permanently unrecoverable by anyone.
Exchanges can fail, be breached, freeze accounts or become insolvent. Assets held with a custodian are subject to that custodian's solvency and security.
Losing a seed phrase means losing the funds permanently. No recovery service exists, and anyone claiming otherwise is defrauding you.
Regulatory treatment varies by jurisdiction and changes. Activity lawful where you are today may not remain so.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, your security practices and your compliance with the law where you live.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitMartExchange.app, its operators, contributors and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of cryptoassets, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from third-party services referenced here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitMartExchange.app and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Privacy and data

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login system, no comment facility and no forms that collect personal data. We do not set advertising cookies, run third-party trackers or build reader profiles.

Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, user agent and requested page for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.

Third-party sites you reach through outbound links, including affiliate links, apply their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you arrive. That processing is governed by those sites, not by us.

Email you send us is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not added to any marketing list.

13. Eligibility and jurisdiction

The Site is intended for users aged 18 or over. Content is general in nature and is not directed at any specific jurisdiction.
